OMDA Who's Who Pages comprise biographical entries on some important figures in Bulgaria's politics, religion, economy, and culture whose names have become part of the narrative about the dramatic changes in Bulgaria taken place in the late 20th and early 21st century, although they themselves might have been actors in a different time. They are Bulgarians or foreigners - politicians, public figures, businessmen, scholars, intellectuals, artists, clerics... The choice of names on the list depends on the compiler's view.

For the present, most of the texts are in Bulgarian and can be found in the Bulgarian language version.
