He has a university degree in history. 1974 - 1980 - lecturer at the Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia. 1980 - 1983 - reads lectures at the Madrid Free University, Spain. 1983 - 1990 - professor at the Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia. 1990 - 1991 - deputy to the 7th Grand National Assembly from the BSP. 1991 - 1997 - university professor, St Kliment Ohridski University, Sofia. 1997 - deputy to the 38th National Assembly from the EuroLeft. Member of the Committee for Legal Matters and Anti-Corruption Legislation and the Committee for Education and Science. Married, with two children. He speaks Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, and English. |
