E. Moskova received two university degrees: in architecture, from the Higher Institute of Architecture and Construction, and in history, from the Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia. Moskova worked at Sofproject as a designer and team director. In 1991 she was appointed Director of the National Institute for Conservation of Cultural Monuments. She reads lectures in architecture at the Higher Institute of Architecture and Construction, Sofia. 1997 - Minister of Culture in the UdDF government headed by Kostov. Married, with a son. Working knowledge of French and Russian. |
